Chief Mate

We are currently recruiting for a Chief Mate to join a busy Charter/Private M/Y. This role requires someone with strong leadership skills, all round knowledge of general maintenance duties and operations on deck. This role is heavily focused on watersports, so a genuine enthusiasm for this aspect of the job and a strong commitment to safety are essential. Fishing knowledge is an advantage. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, work well as part of a team, and communicate effectively. Excellent references and proven career longevity is essential.
