Captain

We are currently recruiting for a Captain to join a 45+ M/Y. This role requires experience on similar size vessels, excellent technical knowledge, strong leadership and the ability to manage a professional crew with a focus on maintaining high standards across all areas of operation. The successful Captain should demonstrate clear communication with the crew, guests and owners, have a strong sense of integrity and a commitment to mutual respect. Experience in budget and account management is important in addition to crew recruitment and crew oversight, is essential. We are looking for someone honest, capable and confident who leads by example and fosters a positive, professional crew culture. Excellent references are essential with proven longevity.
