Interior Manager

We are currently recruiting an Interior Manager for a busy, heavy-charter, dual-season M/Y. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, an excellent communicator, and possess strong leadership and management abilities. This position requires someone who can oversee all administrative aspects of the interior whilst supporting the team in service and guest-facing operations whenever needed.

We are looking for an Interior Manager who brings a positive attitude, remains composed under pressure, and demonstrates exceptional adaptability within a fast-paced environment. Someone who can motivate, mentor, and maintain high standards across the interior team will thrive in this role.
