2nd Engineer/Deckhand

We are recruiting a 2nd Engineer/Deckhand to join a professional programme known for its excellent crew longevity. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt and thrive within a close-knit technical and deck team.

This is a true expedition programme with a focus on fishing, diving, and surfing, and long stretches at anchor in remote, adventurous locations.

This is a genuine dual-role position, working closely with the Chief Engineer on maintenance and operations while also supporting the deck team during guest trips. The successful candidate will enjoy drills, hands-on learning, and contributing to a high standard of safety and technical preparedness.

We are looking for someone reliable, team-oriented, and able to maintain a positive, motivated attitude through long and demanding days.
