Chief Officer

We're looking for a Chief Officer to join 44m private MY. The yacht runs a busy single-season Mediterranean program, operating under Mini-ISM. The ideal candidate will have strong navigational and bridge-watch experience, confident ECDIS skills, and solid deck knowledge. A proactive, hands-on approach and good communication skills are essential, as you'll be working closely with the Captain and leading a deck team of two.The summer schedule is fast-paced, so we're looking for someone who stays calm, organised, and professional under pressure, and who enjoys working within a close-knit crew of nine.
